The tourist tax is not included in the rates (2.00 euro per day and per person for the first 7 days, children under 14 years are exempt).
The use of the fully furnished apartment is complete with:

Stay conditions:
- Check-in and check-out on Saturdays mandatory.
Down payment:
- Upon confirmation of booking, please pay 200 € per week by bank transfer. Balance to be paid on arrival.
- Deposit: 100 € to be paid on arrival.
- Beginning/end of stay: Flats will be available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9 a.m. on the day of departure.
- In case of cancellation the deposit will not be returned, if you cancel 30 days before arrival you can discount it on a minimum stay of 6 days during the year.
Obligations:
- Kitchen area to be left clean on departure.
- Visa/ Mater Card (No American Express) and Bancomat credit cards are accepted
